Privacy and analytics
This page explains what data the site uses and how you can control Google Analytics.
Who is the data controller?
The data controller is Ekomerze. For privacy questions, email ek@ekomerze.com.
Google Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, traffic sources, contact clicks and successfully submitted enquiries. We do not send your name, phone number, email address or message content to Analytics. Advertising storage and personalisation remain disabled.
Consent
Analytics is not loaded until you choose “Allow analytics”. You can change your choice at any time using the “Privacy settings” button. When you reject or withdraw consent, Analytics cookies are removed.
Cookies and storage
After consent, Google Analytics may use the _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish visits and maintain a session. They may remain for up to two years. User and event data retention in Analytics is set to 14 months. Your analytics choice is stored only on this device.
Contact form
When you submit an enquiry, we process the name, phone number, email address and message you provide so we can respond. We use Resend for email delivery. We do not use this data for automated profiling.
External links
When you select WhatsApp or another external link, the relevant service opens and its privacy terms apply to any subsequent processing.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, or withdraw consent. Email ek@ekomerze.com.
